Accurate burden level monitoring and controlled material distribution are vital for stabilizing blast furnace operations and maintaining chemical balance. Excellors designs and manufactures high-performance tilting rockers, swinging chutes, and stock rods.

Our swinging chutes are available in three standard designs: high-mounted rocker type, high-mounted swinging type, and side-mounted swinging type. We have the capability of independent design and manufacturing, and have successfully supplied dozens of steel works with nearly 100 sets of distribution equipment, covering blast furnaces ranging from 450m³ to 6000m³ in capacity.

To accurately measure and track burden levels, we manufacture heavy-duty Stock Rods. Driven by AC or DC variable-frequency motors and controlled by a high-performance current vector variable-voltage variable-frequency (VVVF) governor, our stock rods provide continuous, precise, and real-time tracking of the material level inside the furnace.
