Project Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: The wet nature of blast furnace slag led to consistent material packing and gate blockage in the customer's previous silo designs.
Solution: Excellors designed a customized vibrating fluidization assembly above the discharge flange. The newly engineered gate system operates with hydraulic override triggers, allowing operators to break packed bridges safely without manual hammering.
