Erection & Execution Process

Structural Surveys & Rigging Plans

We review layout coordinates, check civil foundations, and draft heavy-lift rigging drawings for critical structural lifts.

Gallery Rigging & Alignment

Conveyor gallery sections are fabricated on the ground, hoisted safely, and anchored to trestles with precise level alignment.

Mechanical Fitment & Tensioning

We install idler frames, take-up units, scrapers, and drive units, then wrap the conveyor belt and establish correct working tension.

No-Load & Full-Load Commissioning

Continuous testing for 24-48 hours. We check motor amp draws, inspect belt tracking, test safety pull-cords, and adjust material impact points.
